fter taking off from the Sossusvlei Lodge Airstrip the aircraft does a left-hand turn, flying around the mountain to Sesriem Canyon. This will allow a great view of the canyon.
Routing from Sesriem Canyon the aircraft flies south west to enter the dune corridor. Once in the dune corridor, the aircraft circles around Dune 45.
From Dune 45, en route to Deadvlei one will be able to see Hiddenvlei, Cessna Pan and white mountains. The aircraft will do a turn around Deadvlei allowing for spectacular photographic opportunities.
From Deadvlei the aircraft will route to Sossusvlei, to circle around Sossusvlei after which the aircraft will head to the coast.
The aircraft will fly in a north westerly direction to the diamond camps. The aircraft will descend, doing a turn around the southern, middle and northern diamond camps respectively.
The aircraft will route west to the coast in a descend. On this direct route, one will be able to see the vast salt pans to the left and various seal colonies en route to the shipwreck Eduard Bohlen.
rom the Eduard Bohlen the aircraft will route back to Elim Dune. At this point the aircraft will ascend. Approaching Elime Dune, the ground level rises to a level where one will be able to view the dunes up close.
En route to Elim Dune one will be able to see the famous Fairy Circles in the grass plains with a possibility of seeing game e.g. oryx, springbok and ostrich.
After turning over Elim Dune the aircraft routes back to the airstrip to land.
